Annual General Meeting 2026

Our Annual General Meeting (AGM) is an important moment in the HARC calendar. It’s a chance for our community of volunteers, supporters, partners and trustees to come together, connect, and reflect on the past year.

At the AGM, we share updates on our work, celebrate what has been achieved, and thank everyone who has contributed to making the Christmas Project possible.

It is also a key part of running a charity, where we carry out essential governance, including reviewing our annual accounts and, where applicable, appointing or reappointing Trustees.

We welcome anyone with an interest in HARC to join us.

UPDATE - 27.04.26

HARC will briefly adjourn our formal AGM to finalise governance updates and welcome our new Trustees!

Our Board of Trustees have taken positive steps in deciding to officially open and adjourn the AGM whilst we finalise our governance update. We will then move straight into an Information Meeting to share our progress and vision.

SWWOP will now be joining us as guest presenters at our rearranged AGM (date TBC).

We apologise for the change, but these steps ensure our governance is as robust as the community we serve.

Thank you for your support!

AGM 2026

Our Annual General Meeting (AGM) will take place online this year on:

🗓 Tuesday 28th April 2026
🕖 7:00pm – 8:30pm

Holding the AGM online allows us to reduce costs and make the meeting more accessible to those who would like to attend.

We’re also pleased to welcome a guest speaker from Sheffield Working Women’s Opportunities Project (SWWOP), who will be joining us to share more about their work.

If you would like to attend, please email harc.sheffield@gmail.com and we will send you the Microsoft Teams link, or join via the link below.

Join the AGM here!

If you have any access requirements, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate.

We’d love to see as many of you there as possible.
